The following was a vision from our founder, Anthony Morroni:
I am certain it is the inborn desire of all of us to make this world a better world to live in.
I feel honored in being asked to address you, knowing full well that out of this group, a certain percentage will be our future executives, another group will be our future educators; while another will create the means to further improve our standards of living and it is within the realm of possibility that one of you can change the course of the entire world.
In plain words the future of the world and your own futures rest in your own hands. You must face the world with imagination and confidence. Choose a line of endeavor which you like and can be happy in. If you are happy in your work, work can be a pleasure.
Bricks, mortar and machinery in themselves produce no profit, it is the man power and man power only that constitutes the heart of a firm or corporation. A corporation’s success is measured in terms of how good is the man power. A mistaken idea is that to be successful one must do big things. It is the small things well done which are the foundation of any business.
Under no circumstances underestimate your own capabilities. Honesty of purpose should be the first consideration.
